"Parker is very talented and a humble young man. He has upside since he's a true combo specialist. His kickoffs match his field goals, meaning, with the 50-55 yard range he has on field goals, he consistently kicks off 57 - 63 yards as a current sophomore. His punting is very impressive for a young guy. At the recent showcase in the winter, Parker was considered for overall top punter competing with the senior and juco specialists.
